Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CloudPhone Go (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CloudPhone Go provides cloud-based virtual Android devices that users can access remotely through a web browser. The Service includes device provisioning, remote control functionality, and data storage within the virtual environment.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of the Service, you agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Not use the Service to distribute malware or conduct illegal activities
  • Not attempt to circumvent any security measures
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Not share your account with unauthorized users

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Data stored on virtual devices is your responsibility. We recommend regularly backing up important data.

7. Termination

If you violate these terms, we may terminate or suspend your account immediately and without notice. We also reserve the right to terminate your account for any reason with 7 days' notice; in that case we will refund, pro rata, any prepaid fees for the unused period. Upon termination, your access to virtual devices and stored data will be revoked, so please back up your data in advance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudPhone Go shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
